SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At this time, Teal Threads ships merchandise only to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the customer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
At the moment, we ship via USPS only. At checkout, you will be given 2 delivery options:

1. Local Delivery/In-Store Pickup: his option is designed for those who would like to order online and pick up in store at a later time.

If you are local to New Braunfels, Texas, in-store pickup can be made once order is marked complete.

2. Shipping

$6.00 - Flat Rate First Class Mail via USPS for orders up to $22.00
$8.00 - Flat Rate Priority Mail via USPS for orders $22.01-$99.99
FREE - Free Shipping for orders $100.00+

***Please note that once your package arrives at the post office, it becomes the post office’s responsibility. Their delivery times are completely out of our hands. We will do our best to assist those looking for their package’s whereabouts, but we are not responsible for it once it leaves our possession at the post office.
